Ciel Capital is a JV equity partner, and third party asset manager that owns, manages and invests in commercial real estate, with a particular expertise in the hospitality and the development sector.

Ciel has two main business lines co-investment and third party asset management.

Ciel provides a one stop solution for its clients using its expertise to advise and manage all stages of a project. The team has over 80 years of experience and a strong track record across all sectors, in pre-purchase viability studies, capital raising , acquisition, development management, design and asset management of a distressed or stabilised investments.
